I recently published a post called, “Image Is Everything!”.  That post touched on the importance of presentation.  In my post, I spoke to presentation as it relates to men and dating.  But, that advice can also be applied to life and business.  In a recent interview with BlackEnterprise.Com, Yandy Smith explains the importance of first impressions.  If you apply this knowledge to your everyday life and your professional life, you’ll definitely take your Game (Dating or Corporate) to the next level.

With this in mind, always present yourself in the way you want to be known and remembered.  More often than not, your resume…is your first introduction to your new start/new life.  I believe that if you can learn to master the art of presentation, you will have the best shot at any job you want…We live in a visual society, so the first assessment a person will  make of you will be based on what their eyes can see…At first glance, who you are, where you’re  from, and what you’re capable  of doing counts for nothing if no one  else cares to find out.”
