Kim Zolciak’s Ex Husband Serving Jail Time For Sex With A Minor, Will Get Out Of Jail On Valentine’s Day!

Kim Zolciak’s first husband is currently serving a 2 1/2 year sentence for molesting a teenager!  Daniel Dominic Toce, who is the father of Kim’s oldest daughter Brielle, was charged with felony sex abuse back in 2011.   Toce’s victim was a 15-year-old girl.

VIA THE CONNECTICUT DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS

Toce served most of his time at MacDougall-Walker Correctional Institution  in Connecticut (a maximum security facility), but he was recently transferred to a medium level security facility in preparation for his release February 14, 2013.

Following his release from prison, Toce must serve 10-years on probation, and he must register as a sex offender.  SOURCE

This isn’t the first time Tolce has had a brush with the law.  The ex husband of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak has a lengthy criminal record

“Toce has been in trouble with police regularly since 2004.  He was arrested in Cromwell in Oct. 2009 on a charge of disorderly conduct.  In 2006, he was convicted of second-degree robbery in Waterford. He has also been convicted of larcenies in East Windsor and in Enfield, and of breaches of the peace in Coventry and Meriden.”  SOURCE

At the time of Tolce’s incarceration for molestation, Kim Zolciak attempted to terminate his parental rights…

I guess we now know why Kim had both of her daughters calling new hubby Kroy Biermann “Daddy” within 6 months of dating!
