Ritzy private schools such as the Marymount and Buckley Schools in New York, are fed up with their student’s high-class parents.  Administrators say they are tired of parents sending nannies and other caregivers in their place for important parental duties.

Nannies and housekeepers are attending admission interviews, working school fundraisers and performing mandatory safety patrols:

“They’re sending nannies for bake sales, book clubs, for the ice-skating group,” Amanda Uhry of Manhattan Private School Advisors told The Post. “Parents can’t be bothered two days a year for an hour.”

Nannies are working fund-raisers, designing sets for school plays and taking seats at graduations and public performances.

“Now the schools are getting angry — and other parents are getting angry. They don’t want to work the school bake sale with someone’s paid employee,” Uhry said.

While it may seem like these well-off parents are just bad parents, one could argue…if you’re paying $40,000 a year for your kid to attend a private school…PLUS FEES…should you be asked to monitor dances and sell treats at the quarterly bake sale?

“…one Upper East Side mom whose daughter attends The Birch Wathen Lenox School sniffed that she pays the school $40,000 a year — and can’t be bothered with such menial duties.”

“These schools are exorbitantly expensive, they hit you up for school fees, donations, and then they want your time?” she huffed. “I have three kids at three different schools. If I can send my nanny, I’m happy to do it.”

Parental tasks or menial labor?  Tomato…Tomaato if you ask me.

Forty thousand dollars or not, some schools are refusing to let parents slack on their responsibilities.  Buckley wants parents to participate in school activities.  Administrators posted this WARNING on the school’s website:

“Parents are the only acceptable option for patrol. Caregivers, housekeepers, etc. may NOT walk safety patrol.”

Other high-end schools like The Epiphany School seem to understand and respect the high-class mentality of their school’s population.  They often work with caregivers and include them in special activities:

“We do a caregivers breakfast. We take pictures of them with the kids, and I cannot tell you how much they appreciate it,” said Epiphany School Headmaster Wendy Levey.

There is a wonderful technique you can use to introduce your boyfriend to THE REAL YOU!  I’d like to share my tips for doing that with you.

Peep Game: Dating is great, but relationships are the nuts and bolts of humanity.  We’re all striving to meet and settle down with Mr./Mrs. Right.  When we’re meeting and getting to know new people, we RARELY show them our true selves.

Instead, we introduce interested parties to our POLISHED representative!

Somewhere between day one and day 321 together, most couples start to shed their representative skin, and reveal their true selves to their partners.

And that’s a good thing!  Everyone needs to be themselves with someone.

But how do you REVEAL YOURSELF without turning them off?  How much do you REVEAL and when?  Are there some things that should never be REVEALED?

Good questions…

A big mistake a lot of women make is REVEALING TOO MUCH TOO SOON!

• After sex, her wig, girdle and Invisalign retainer fly off.  
• After a few weeks chatting on the phone, homegirl tells her beau about the time she handled 3 men.  After dating for a few months, an unsuspecting guy finds out his girlfriend is bi-sexual.

The REVEALING female is relieved.  ”He knows the truth” she thinks!  ”Now I can relax and let him get to know the real me.”

But homeboy bolts!  Phone calls go unanswered for days.  His usually long good nights become shorter and shorter: “Aight!  I’ll talk to you later” he says.  The OPEN and HONEST female is confused.  What happened?

I’ve found men want to know more than they can really handle!  They will insist they want to meet your family–only to laugh at or comment on them later.   They claim your sexual history is NOTHING they can’t handle–only to obsess over the 10 guys you admit to sucking off.  They claim they’d like to meet your baby’s father and reassure him his child is in good hands when he’s around–only to repeatedly ask you later if you’re still boning him…

Crazy right?

But that’s human nature!  People (not just men) tend to inquire about everything–even things they are not ready or willing to hear.

Avoid losing a good guy simply because you REVEALED too much too soon. UNVEIL yourself slowly!  Make your BIG REVEAL a fun, unexpected game.  Keep the SURPRISES to a minimum early on.  Like a burlesque dancer’s SLOW onstage seduction, SLOWLY reveal who you really are.

HERE’S YOUR GAME PLAN:

1. Number of sexual conquests, craziest sex positions, bi-sexual experiences, etc should not be shared.  In fact, this information is best left unspoken until after you’ve been married a few years.  Men always want to know how many men you’ve been with, but I haven’t met a man yet who can really handle the facts.
2. Your bare face!  If you wear make-up daily, you should not decide date 6 that you are going to show up bare faced.  For some men, that natural face is too much of a shock.  They can’t digest the change.  What happened to her almond shaped eyes?  What are those freckles on her cheeks?  Rather than take all of your make-up off suddenly, take off one layer at a time.  Today? No lashes.  Tomorrow?  No foundation just tinted moisturizer.  You want your guy to see the real you, but you don’t need to shock him with too much at once.
3. Your family!  Crazy enough, some men judge women on the appearance of their family.  They may note that your mother is overweight or that your sister is gay…and then assign that ‘negative’ quality to you.  I know, crazy and immature right?  But this happens quite often.  When a man is not yet IN LOVE with you, don’t expect him to LOVE your family.  Your boyfriend can meet your family, but select who he meets and how wisely.
4. Physical flaws! This chick I knew started her conversation with me by showing me her C-Section scarred belly, which looked like a bowl of brown Jello.  I was grossed out totally.  Ironically she was asking me why I thought guys were sleeping with her and then dipping.  I asked her if she started her relationships with them the way she started ours.  ”Did you pull your shirt up and show them your belly” I asked?  ”Yes, I think I should get a tummy tuck” she responded.  I told her her belly was something she couldn’t shun and needed to accept, but it was definitely not something she should draw attention to date one.
5. How much money you really have!  I’ve seen this on both sides.  Because of where I’ve lived most of my life, most guys in my hometown assume  I come from money.  At the same time, I’ve met men who assumed I was a broke baby mama with 3 kids waiting at home.  Call it stereotyping! From experience I would say it is not advisable to reveal how much money you really have to a guy you aren’t in a serious relationship with.  Let your finances remain a mystery.  You can ask to be taken out and treated well, but leave the “I make $80,000/year” and “My car just got repoed and I’m on my last box of cereal” comments out of the conversation.  That way, you’re not judged because of your finances or pursued because of your money.
6. Your ex!  Your ex should not be discussed with your boyfriend.  I don’t care how you put it, how you word it, how good/bad it seems, sharing details about your last relationship almost always come back to bite.
7. Emotional issues or abuse.  Abuse and emotional issues are your personal story.  No one will understand your struggle the way you want them to.  If you’re looking for sympathy, talk to a therapist.  Keep these details about your life to yourself until a man proves he is worthy of knowing your deepest, darkest secrets

Bottom Line: Reality will enter your relationship soon enough.  Don’t YOU rush things TRYING TO KEEP IT REAL.  You see, if you want to snag a man, you want to romance him…make him feel like choosing YOU was his best decision.  Introducing questionable information and disturbing details too soon is the KISS OF DEATH in the Dating Game.

MTV Star Farrah Abraham, whose sex tape ‘Back Door Teen Mom‘ was released through Vivid Entertainment a week ago, talked to Entertainment Tonight about why she made a sex tape and what she plans to do with the million dollar advance she received from Vivid.

Farrah says she made the tape to ‘embrace her sexuality’. She claims the tape was initially a private moment that somehow found its way to the desk of Vivid CEO Steve Hirsh.  Farrah says she will use the royalties from ‘Back Door Teen Mom’ to open a chain of restaurants (something she’s been planning since high-school) and to establish a good home life for her young daughter, whose father died before she was born.

According to Hirsh, Farrah’s video drew 4 times the traffic that the Kim Kardashian’s sex tape did!

There are common traits you will observe in men who are Playas.  These traits are easily identifiable if you know what to look for.  There are 6 characteristics men who are Playas use to manipulate and con women into submission. Let’s go through a few of them.

Peep Game:

1.     Charm – Charm is disarming.  Almost every woman can be wooed into a relationship with charm, and just as many women can be convinced to stay in a relationship because of a Playa’s well-practiced charm.  

Playas are masters of charm.  (Think Stevie J).  Instead of raising their voice when you get upset, they’ll lower their voice.  How can I change baby?  What do I need to do to make you happy?  

The thing is, the Playa is not really looking to please you, the Playa just wants to change the subject.  Whatever he needs to say or do to get you back ON THE BUS (as Stevie J would say) will be said and done.

2.     Sexual seduction.  Sex is not only a powerful tool a Playa can use to bag a woman, sex is a powerful tool Playas use to keep the woman they’re dating WITH THEM (even long after they’ve used and misused her).

Men who are Playas often have their SEX GAME on point.  They know where to lick and how to stick their Target Woman so that she squeals with delight.  Unlike the Average Cat, the PLAYA is willing to go the extra mile sexually–which is useful both in baiting his catch AND keeping her on his hook.

For example: The moment a woman shows signs of pulling away, of wising up to his b.s., the Playa will demand that she see him.  He will thrust and lick his way back into her good graces.  Leaving her in a haze of ectasy, the Playa is off to his next exploit (often his #2 or #3 girl).

3.     Crocodile tears—especially when (Playas) are about to be confronted.  As we mentioned in the post THE CRYING GAME, Playas are masters of emotion.  They can feign excitement AND sadness on a dime.  Often after being confroted by their Target woman, a Playa will drop a few tears.  Since the Playa is not often emotional, his naive lover THINKS her PlayBoy is opening up and breaking down.  Not so!  Playa Playa is manipulating her into thinking he cares when he could really give 2 flying f***s.

He wants her head back in (his) Game so he will do what is necessary to reel her (mind) back in…

4.     Righteous indignation—Plan B when (Playas) are about to be confronted.  If the Playa is not running the crying game, he often rears up violently at any suggestion he has done something wrong.

Are you crazy?  What is wrong with you?  Here I am trying to be good to you, and here you are tearing me down–accusing me of A, B, C!  Yeah, that’s the Playa.  Like a rabbit in a hole, he’s caught before the barrel of your gun.  He’s got one move left and that’s intimidation.  Is he really upset?  No, but by APPEARING upset, most women (including YOU) will back up and cower down.  Bingo!

5.     Exploiting social and professional roles!  Playas are commonly (but not always) men in positions of control.  Think Bill Clinton.  These men will purposefully date women who are beneath them socially, economically or professionally so that they can exploit them.  Their POWER becomes their CONTROL.  This is often seen in workplaces when the boss chooses to sleep with one of his subordinates.  The subordinate may fall in love or try to gain control in the relationship.  That’s when the boss will assert his POWER and put her back in her place.

6.    Gaslighting—making victims doubt their own perceptions!  Do you believe me or your lying eyes?  We mentioned this in a previous post.  Playas will cause you to doubt what you see.  You know what you saw.  You know what you heard, but the Playa will convince you that what you thought you saw or believed you heard was inaccurate.  By the time Playa, Playa spins his web of lies, you will be thoroughly confused about the reality of a situation.  Perfect!

The Playa doesn’t need you to believe him 100%.  He just needs to create enough doubt within your mind, that you drop the subject.  Innocent UNTIL PROVEN guilty…

Bottom Line:  Ladies, as you date, look for signs you are dating a man who is trying to manipulate and con you.  There is a big difference between playful games of seduction and outright fraud.  Learn THE GAME so that you don’t get PLAYED by it!

You hear it all of the time. Guys saying things like “She says that she’s looking for a nice guy, and I’m a really nice guy, why doesn’t she want me?” or “She says she likes me because I’m nice, kind and sweet and she wishes she could find a guy like me. So why does she make me just a friend and dates the assholes?”

Contrary to popular belief amongst the friend-zoned and sex-zoned, there are actually pretty good reasons why you might find yourself in these situations and why you should nobody should pity you for it.

Most guys say all the time that their love interest “Always says she’s looking for someone nice, but she always goes for the douche-bag and keeps me in the friend-zone.” Okay, while women do look for a guy who can be nice, sweet, sensitive and caring, that can also lead to your downfall while pursuing this certain female. The reason that women put you in the friend-zone when you try your best to be the nicest guy you can is simply because, you are just too nice. You being so nice and understanding all of the time almost makes it seem like you use kindness to compensate for your lack of a backbone. Or at least that’s how she sees it.

For example, you have a new hot girl that you are trying to hook up with and you regularly talk on the phone with her. She frequently talks about her ex and how much of an asshole he is and probably spends at least 30 minutes out of a whole conversation talking about how bad the men in her past were. Now here comes the part where you end up putting yourself in the friend-zone. In the middle of the convo, she says something like “Oh, you like MMA (mixed martial arts)? My ex-boyfriend trained MMA and he was such a douche.” That is usually when you should kind of ask why the guy was a douche and if she wants to talk about it. Now if you let her tell the story, then end up letting her ramble on and on about all the different things the ex boyfriend did for about a whole hour, then congratulations, you just became that friend who is a really good listener.

Instead of just listening, either 10 minutes into the story or as soon as she named the act that makes her ex boyfriend such a bastard, you should stop and say something like “Yea, that guy really is a douche, but you shouldn’t even think about him anymore, just know I wouldn’t do that.” It’s best if you just don’t even let her get into talking about exes until you know you’re not going into the friend-zone by letting her know that she should be focusing more on how good of a boyfriend you are by not letting her even think about her ex while she’s having a conversation with you. Because, a woman wants a man who is going to be able to handle to situation and defend her (even if she can handle herself) if a guy decides to disrespect her in front of you, whether its a random jerk or her ex. She puts you in the friend-zone for being that super nice, friendly, really good listener because in that type of situation, just letting the guy disrespect her without harsh retaliation and the only thing you can do is listen to her talk about it later really isn’t worth a damn.

Bottom Line: A lot of men think women want a Bad Boy–someone who doesn’t listen to her needs and who treats her badly.  While some women ARE attracted bad men, most women are merely looking for a guy with some balls–someone who acts confidently and decisively–SOMEONE WHO WON’T LISTEN FOR HOURS WHILE SHE TALKS ABOUT HER EX–a man who is nice but not a pushover.

Guys, you don’t have to be her confidant, her therapist or her ‘friend.’  You don’t have to listen to her baby daddy drama or help her elevate her self-esteem.  Let her ‘friends’ do all of that.

You need to keep wooing her with romance and seducing her with charm…and with a little luck…you’ll stay OUT OF THE DREADED FRIEND ZONE!
