***The problem with innovators is that they have to wait for the rest of the world to catch up…It’s not about being bossy as much as it is about being the boss! Life is what it is. It’s just up to you to make it. So I choose to be a BOSS! I define BOSS as…the one who goes out and makes it happen while (other women) sit at home and dream….I am the one who takes responsibility for my success or failure. I reject the smug conventions of…society. I say NO to the complacent, the naysayers, the non-believers and the DREAMERS!

I’m not telling you not to dream but dreams occur while you are sleeping. I focus (during) waking hours (on making my) dreams come true!

Now that’s a Bottom Chick Mentality!  Remember…
